Zoning Board of Appeals
Overview
The Zoning Board of Appeals is a five-member board, appointed by the Board of Selectmen. Its responsibilities include hearing and deciding appeals from a decision of the Zoning Enforcement Officer and to grant variances from the zoning regulations due to hardships or extraordinary situations.
