A Special Town Meeting for electors and citizens qualified to vote in town meetings will be held at the Norfolk Town Hall, 19 Maple Ave., Thursday, Feb. 17, at 7:00 p.m. to consider and act upon resolutions that would authorize the Town to contract with and borrow necessary funds for the refurbishment of River Place Bridge over the Blackberry River, Bridge (#097-097), and Mountain Road Bridge over Norfolk Brook (Bridge #097-004).
