Tobey Pond

Tobey Pond is open for the summer. Hours are usually 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., but may vary according to the weather and the lifeguard schedule. Click here for permit information and here for an application. See the Tobey Pond Facebook page and Instagram page for weekly updates.

The Town will be closing Old Colony Road to through traffic. Signage will be placed on the Route 272 (North Street) end of Old Colony Road informing drivers that the road is closed for through traffic. Signage and barricades will be placed on the Route 44 end on Old Colony Road informing motorists that the road is closed.
This is in response to the numerous calls from concerned residents about the amount of traffic on Old Colony Road and the speed the traffic is traveling. The Norfolk Public Works crew has also experienced many near misses exiting and entering the driveway to the Public Works Department.

The Town center from the Berkshire Country Store to the Post Office will be closed to vehicles on Sunday, August 3, from 12:45 until 5:00 p.m. for WIN Weekend Festivities.
