Overview
The Social Services Department provides support to residents experiencing financial or other hardships. Its objective is to ensure that all persons seeking help from the Town of Norfolk are treated with courtesy and dignity, and without prejudice, and that every effort is made to give them the assistance appropriate for their needs.
