Join Bill Brodnitzki at the Norfolk Hub, Friday, November 20 from 3:00 to 4:30 p.m. for an informative, hands-on session covering what to expect when calling 911 and how to recognize and respond to common emergencies. Learn the signs and symptoms of a stroke or heart attack, how to respond to serious bleeding, and what to do while waiting for emergency responders.
The session will also include an introduction to hands-only CPR, giving participants an opportunity to learn and practice basic lifesaving skills.
