CT State Community College Northwestern’s Entrepreneurial Center will offer “Business Model Canvas II at the Norfolk Hub, Tuesday, October 22, from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m.
Do you need to rethink your business plan? Do you have an idea for a new business? Every early-stage startup founder needs to understand what problem they’re solving, who they’re solving it for, and how to reach the right customers to generate revenue. They also need to understand their key partners, resources, and activities so they can have a solid understanding of their costs.
The Business Model Canvas is a tool for quickly identifying key ideas and testing them before wasting valuable time & money building the wrong business. In this second installment of the BMC, attendees will dive into their canvases and work through their specific challenges.
This important framework will be taught by John Schnyder, startup mentor, member of the Board of Directors for Connecticut Entrepreneurs Forum, and Director of Business Development at Organization Ink, Inc.
