Join the Norfolk Library on Wednesdays from September 17 to October 22 from 10:15 to 10:45 a.m. for “Books & Bubbles Story Time.” This fun-filled 30-minute session will include stories, music and connection. All are welcome to arrive early or stay later to read and play in the Children’s Room. These sessions are geared to children from 0-5 years of age but all are welcome to attend.
