Tax Collector

Overview

The Tax Collector is an appointed position responsible for collecting real estate, motor vehicle and personal property taxes due the Town.

Norfolk taxpayers may pay their Real Estate, Personal Property, Motor Vehicle, or supplemental Motor Vehicle taxes online with Point and Pay, a company the town has partnered with.

If taxes are delinquent, please contact the Tax Office during office hours of Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in person or by phone at 860-542-5140 for the current amount due prior to making your payment. As an added note, the Tax Office does have all delinquent taxes that are due online. Please remember that, if your account has been sent for further collections, more fees may be added.
