Fighting off the winter blues? Join the Norfolk Library for another classic comedy. Thursday, January 23 will feature the 2004 indie deadpan comedy “Napoleon Dynamite” from 7:00 to 8:45 p.m. From the rural town of Preston, Idaho, comes Napoleon Dynamite (Jon Heder). With a red ‘fro, his moon boots, and illegal government ninja moves, he is a new kind of hero.
