“Meet the Mendelssohns,” will feature works by siblings, Felix and Fanny Mendelssohn, at the Norfolk Chamber Music Festival, Friday, August 2, from 8:00 to 10:00 p.m. performed by the Parker Quartet, violinist, Serena Canin, of the Brentano Quartet, with the Norfolk Fellows. Concerts take place at the Music Shed on the Ellen Battell Stoeckel Estate.
Tickets: $70 to $35, $10 Young Adults (19-35),
Children under 19 are free.

There will be a free pre-concert conversation (open to the pubic) from 7:00 to 7:40 P.M. in the Battell Recital Hall. Join Professors from the Yale School of Music before the Friday evening concerts to learn about the weekend’s programs. Tickets for the concert will be available at the Music Shed following the conversation.
