The Haystack Book Festival’s 1:00 p.m. offering, “Institutions and Ideas,” at the Norfolk Library, Saturday, October 5, brings together William Egginton, author of “The Rigor of Angels: Borges, Heisenberg, Kant, and the Ultimate Nature of Reality,” in conversation with Samuel Moon, author of “Liberalism Against Itself: Cold War Intellectuals and the Making of Our Time.”
The annual Haystack Book Festival, a program of the Norfolk Foundation, brings together writers and thinkers to explore new ideas in literature and the arts.
