Norfolk’s “Party on the Plaza” returns Saturday, July 20, from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. with local Americana band the Joint Chiefs. Bring a lawn chair and enjoy free live music outdoors on Norfolk’s historic Robertson Plaza against the backdrop of Haystack Mountain. Food and drinks will be available for purchase or bring your own snacks.
