Join the Norfolk Library on Friday, November 14 at 7:00 p.m. for a screening of the documentary film “Kings of Pastry.” Filmmakers D.A. Pennebaker and Chris Heeds tell the never-before-filmed story of the prestigious Millers Ouvriers de France competition (Best Craftsmen in France), where sixteen French pastry chefs gathered in Lyon for three intense days of mixing, piping and sculpting everything from delicate chocolates to six-foot sugar sculptures in hopes of being declared on the the best.
The film will be introduced by its producer Flora Lazar.
