The Norfolk Hub will host an opening reception, Saturday, February 22 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.for its community art collage asking residents to answer the following though the creation of a 6×6″ piece of art up until an early February deadline:
What Do You Love About Living in Northwest Connecticut? Hiking, fishing, biking, music, wildlife, your home and family—what inspires you about life in our beautiful region?
Prior to the opening, residents of all ages from Norfolk and surrounding towns are invited to create a 6×6″ artwork on cardstock that celebrates what you love about living in the northwest corner.
All materials are provided, and participants can choose to work on their piece at The Hub or take it home to finish. The deadline for submissions is early February.
