The work of Wendy Costa will be on display at the Norfolk Library for the month of September and available to view during library hours of operation. Costa is best known for her expressive acrylic paintings and digital infrared photography of the New England landscape. She lives in Goshen. The Library Associates will host an artist reception for the Connecticut based artist and retired art educator on Sunday, September 6 from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. Refreshments will be served.
