The Norfolk Library will host an artist reception for photographer, Judith Secco, on Sunday, April 6, from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. Secco is a native of Connecticut’s Northwest Corner. She is an avid self-taught photographer. Developing her own technique using textures and layers, she creates unique still life images, bringing nature to life.
Photographs by Judith Secco will be on display at the Norfolk Library during the month of April. For more information, please click here.
