This website is dedicated to James Vinton Lawrence (1940 to 2016), whose energy, passion and vision inspired its creation. The Town of Norfolk also thanks the Coalition for Sound Growth for financing the design and construction of this site and the Economic Development Commission for managing this site until the Town Website Committee was appointed.
