DESCRIPTION:The Norfolk United Church of Christ\, Congregational (UCC) will
  host a Sound Bath session on Wednesday\, May 20 at 5:00 p.m. in Battell C
 hapel. Sound baths use the sounds of drums\, bowls gongs\, chimes and more
  as you are guided with vibrations\, frequencies and sensations that help 
 create a feeling of relaxation and bring you to a natural state of balance
 . Press the pause button on your busy mind and let go of your worries and 
 fears and journey to a peaceful sacred space that will settle your mind\,
