The Norfolk United Church of Christ, Congregational (UCC) will host a Sound Bath session on Wednesday, May 20 at 5:00 p.m. in Battell Chapel. Sound baths use the sounds of drums, bowls gongs, chimes and more as you are guided with vibrations, frequencies and sensations that help create a feeling of relaxation and bring you to a natural state of balance. Press the pause button on your busy mind and let go of your worries and fears and journey to a peaceful sacred space that will settle your mind, body and spirit.
This session is led by Lisa Pepino.
All levels are welcome.
