Yale Norfolk Art Lecture: Ayham Ghraowi

7:00 pm - 8:30 pm

The Yale Norfolk School of Art continues its “Making Light” Thursday night lecture series on Thursday, June 13, with Ayham Ghraowi from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. in the Art Barn on the Battell Stoeckel Estate with a wine reception to follow.

Ayham Ghraowi is a filmmaker, designer, and sometimes writer whose films grapple with the insoluble in the politics of war. His latest film, Abjectly Yours, is about the espionage of Harpo Marx.

The Yale Norfolk School of Art, established in 1948, is an intensive six-week undergraduate summer residency program for 26 rising seniors. It is made possible with the support of Yale School of Art, The Norfolk Hub, the Ellen Battell Stoeckel Trust, Low Road Foundation and Battell Arts Foundation.
