 private and is maintained by the Town for the benefit of Norfolk\nresident
 s under a contract with Great Mountain Forest. Residents who use it must b
 uy a yearly\nsticker from the Town Clerk’s office and place it permane
 ntly on their vehicle’s windshield.\n\nStickers are available at the beg
 inning of June at the Town Clerk's office.\n\nThe beach area includes spac
