The Norfolk Library’s Teen Advisory Council invites everyone to the official opening of the new Teen Owl Cove on Saturday, June 3, from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. The new space has been designed to give young people a place to gather to chat, do homework, read, play games and browse the Internet. There will be refreshments and games. No registration required.
