DESCRIPTION:The Norfolk Library’s celebration of St. Patrick’s Day has 
 become an annual tradition for fans of the Emerald Isle. This year they ar
 e excited to welcome the acclaimed Irish folk band Dervish.\n\nHailing fro
 m counties Sligo and Leitrim\, the band has been described by BBC Radio 3 
 as “an icon of Irish music” for their live performances featuring stun
 ning interpretations of traditional songs. In 2019 Dervish received a pres
 tigious lifetime achievement award from the BBC\, a fitting tribute to the
  band after over 30 years of recording and performing all over the world. 
 The Guardian newspaper described Dervish as “simply brilliant … they c
 arry Irish history with them.”\n\nRegistration for this free concert wil
 l open on or about February 1. Because of limited seating\, registration i
