Join Norfolk UCC for an immersive sound bath using the sounds of drums, bowls, gong, chimes and more on Wednesday, June 17 at 5:00 p.m. in Battell Chapel. You will be guided with healing vibrations, frequencies, and sensations that will weave their magic over and through you. Press the pause button on your busy mind, let go of your worries and fears and journey to a peaceful sacred space that will settle your mind, body and soul into deep relaxation and a natural state of balance.
