Join Norfolk UCC on Wednesday, July 15 at 5:00 p.m. in Battell Chapel for an immersive sound bath using the sounds of drums, bowls, gong, chimes and more. Attendees will be guided with healing vibrations, frequencies, and sensations that will weave their magic over and through you. Press the pause button on your busy mind, let go of your worries and fears and journey to a peaceful sacred space that will settle your mind, body and soul into deep relaxation and a natural state of balance.
