DESCRIPTION:The Norfolk Library will be discussing the implementation of th
 e Children’s Internet Protection Act (CIPA) filtering on all of the libr
 ary’s computers and internet connections at a Zoom meeting on Monday\, S
 eptember 27\, at 5:30 pm. CIPA compliance is required for libraries to be 
 eligible for federal funding that will assist with or cover the cost of in
