Norfolk Library’s Mindfulness Series: “Flowing like an ocean”

Mindfulness practitioner Miranda Lee will host a four-week course “Connecting Mindfulness with Nature,” on Fridays from 9:15 to 10:00 a.m. beginning July 12 and ending on August 2. The series will conclude with “Flowing like an ocean,” on Friday, August 2, in the Norfolk Library’s Great Hall.
