The Norfolk Library will host “Songs That Warm the Spirit,” the next installment of the “Music Among Neighbors” series, Saturday, December 28, from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. “Songs That Warm the Spirit features the Cobb/Herzog/Westmoreland trio: Michael Cobb (guitar, harmonica, vocals), Ben Herzog (bass, vocals, hand-made instruments) & Rip Westmoreland (guitar, mandolin, and vocals). This special concert will send out the old and ring in the new year!
