The after-school Corner Club at the Norfolk Library will hold a Scarecrow Party on the lawn Wednesday, September 27 at 3:30 p.m. to make autumnal decorations. Children who arrive on the school bus need a bus slip. Parents should pick up their children by 4:45 p.m.
