Mondays at the Hub, extended edition: This event will last approximately 2 hours so plan accordingly.

Berry’s books include The Unsettling of America: Culture and Agriculture, Farming: A Handbook, The Country of Marriage.  As a farmer for over 40 years in Kentucky, Berry often writes about reverence for the land, the importance of community and environmental issues.

There will be light refreshments and the evening will begin with info on CSA shares for this season.

Intended audience:  Those with an interest in rural agriculture, sustainable farming, learning about CSA’s, and those with an interest in poetry (Wendall is a poet), environmentalism, land stewardship and conservancy.

Tracy Hayhurst, Farm Manager, Chef, is the newest member of the team. She brings years of farming and cooking experience, so she is a natural fit for leading this farm and kitchen enterprise. She is passionate about bringing folks into the garden and kitchen for hands-on experiential learning.
