Celebrate the Dragon Boat Festival at the Connecticut-Asia Cultural Center Saturday, June 6, from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Activities include a Tai Chi Fan Dance performed by our Taiwanese members, wooden dragon boat races (on land, for adults) dragon boat table top racing (for kids), arts and crafts for (kids and adults) and photo opportunities in our wooden dragon constructed in Taiwan. Complimentary traditional Dragon Boat Festival vegetarian food will be served from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. All activities are complimentary.
The Dragon Boat Festival events take place within the CT-Asia Cultural Center’s weekend of activities and tours that take place throughout the day on Saturday, June 6 and Sunday, June 7 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. each day.
