Katie Atkinson will speak about her “Seasons of Painting” exhibit on display at the Norfolk Library, Sunday, February 15, at 3:00 pm. Katie is an illustrator/artist who has lived in Norfolk for 30 years. “Seasons of Painting” will be displayed at the Norfolk Library from January 31 to February 25 during library hours.
