Tuesdays from 7:30 to 9:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., the Yale Norfolk School of Art is offering free drawing classes to the Norfolk community. Held in the Art Barn, sessions continue through August 13. Live models, drawing materials and paper are available, and coffee and donuts are offered on Saturday. The drawing session is self directed; models follow instructions of the community drawing monitors and suggestions from the participating artists. After July 2, co-director Lisa Sigal will take over organizing the classes. Participants must have mask and proof of vaccination. Sponsored by the Battell Arts Foundation.
