Magnificent Microscopes with Dr. Rich Kessin

Dr. Richard Kessin will introduce you to the science and art of microscopy. Rich will show you how to convert a cell phone into a microscope with an attachable lens. Lens will soon be available at the circulation desk.

Richard H. Kessin, PhD is Professor of Pathology and Cell Biology Emeritus at Columbia University. He is a science writer at the Lakeville Journal and occasionally teaches courses in microbiology and immunity at the Taconic Learning Center, bringing modern science to the public in as many ways as he can.
